Tinsel and Tarot!!

How fun does this sound? During this individual session. participants will receive hair tinsel from Heather as a fun celebratory touch while enjoying a Tarot reading from Paula focused on self-love and personal growth. Only 4 individual sessions available.

Group Self-Care Experience

This heart-centered experience is designed to nourish your mind body and soul through creativity, intention, and deep rest. Begin with a creative self-care ritual, crafting a heart-shaped affirmation boxes, then transition to a sound and energy healing session to activate self-love, compassion, and confidence.

Now Offering Pilates and Barre with Lauren

Lauren has a degree in Exercise Science and is a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist. She is a personal trainer who teaches a variety of classes and is bringing them to you here at Trinity Yoga. These classes are walk-in, no registration required.

Pilates- Monday 6 pm- $12 per class or $40 for the month

Barre- Wednesday 6 pm- $12 per class or $40 for the month
