Nurture, Reflect, and Relax- Autumn Retreat

The day starts with a morning yoga class welcoming your body, mind, and spirit to the day. Spend time with our vendors making crystal alters, intention jars, or getting henna or readings from our various participants. You will also enjoy 2 workshops to help you tune into the power of oracle cards and intuition as well as mindfulness. The afternoon will conclude with a relaxing Yin Yoga session that will move directly into a Sound Bath.

$90 covers your participation in all classes, workshops, and sound bath. Purchases from vendors and practitioners will be additions. A complete list of participants and costs will be posted at a later date.
